Project was completed in 2009. Work consisted of removing and disposing of a 8’ dia. By 50’ long CMP; clearing; cofferdam construction; structure excavation and backfill; furnishing and installing new treated structural timber substructure and superstructure; placing riprap; installing boulder cross-vanes in stream, providing the associated soil erosion and pollution control; embankment and roadway construction; borrow excavation; aggregate and bituminous surfacing; waste material disposal; providing and installing construction warning (traffic control) signs; applying seed mix and mulch; and cleanup. Other related work will include clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, furnishing and installing gabions and associated gabion rock, and furnishing and installing geotextile. Water sources were not designated, the HHI was responsible for furnishing water from sources other than from National Forest lands.
