Regina Hokanson, President

Regina Hokanson holds a BS in Psychology and jointly purchased HHI Corporation in 2011 with her husband Cliff. She became HHI’s President and CEO in 2016. Regina leads the effort in acquiring new contracts and projects in both Manufacturing and Construction. She was instrumental in acquiring our 54 acre campus in 2013. Regina’s leadership philosophy centers around hiring exceptional individuals willing to accomplish seemingly impossible projects using the core values
HHI represents: Honesty, Hard work, and Innovation.

Cliff Hokanson, Executive Vice President

In addition to serving as HHI's Executive Vice President, Cliff Hokanson works as a Senior Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and manages design for HHI's design-build projects. Cliff holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State, and has over twenty years experience in the industry, with a focus on Federal projects. Cliff manages the technical aspects of complicated projects and is instrumental in guiding our valuable staff from start to project completion.

Robert Smith, PE, Vice President

Bob is a Utah registered Professional Engineer (Civil and Structural) and LEED AP BD +C. He holds MS and BS degrees in civil engineering from University of Utah. He spent 27 years with NAVFAC and the Army Corps of Engineers, as a project engineer, resident engineer, area engineer, and Administrative Contracting Officer. Bob works as a HHI proposal contract manager and performs Design Coordination for HHI's design build projects.

Greg Crosby, PE, Vice President of Construction

With ten years experience in the construction industry, Greg Crosby is a valuable asset to any project. Greg holds BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Geography, an MS in Irrigation Engineering, and an MBA. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and is Red Cross certified in Workplace Safety.

Ryan Lamoreaux, Project Manager

Ryan Lamoreaux has been an HHI project manager for over ten years. He has overseen projects ranging from hospitals, to laboratories, to military/industrial applications. He has lately honed his talents with several complex design-build projects. Ryan holds a BS in Construction Management.

Rob Campbell, PE, Project Manager

Rob Campbell holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State University. He has over twenty years experience with construction projects (fourteen of those with HHI) ranging from timber bridges to US Army laboratories, both as a project manager and as a quality control manager. Rob is equally adept with the design phase of projects and Primavera project scheduling. Additionally, he is a registered Professional Engineer, an ACI-certified concrete technician, and holds HAZWOPER certification.

Rachel Roper, MBA, Controller

For almost 20 years, Rachel Roper has worked in construction and manufacturing accounting. Rachel has been with HHI for over 8 years and in 2016 became HHI's Chief Financial Officer. Having her BS in Accounting and an MBA, Rachel is a vital part of the daily financial operations of HHI. She also oversees the human resource needs of HHI.

James Borden, Senior Project Developer

Jim brings 24 years of construction management experience to HHI's team. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, is qualified to teach OSHA 10 and 30 hour courses and mobile equipment operation. He has completed the US Army Corps of Engineers Quality Management for Contractors course, and is experienced in the Federal Government as well as private sectors. His scheduling expertise of several hundred projects, makes Jim a great asset to HHI.
