Regina Hokanson
Regina Hokanson holds a BS in Psychology and jointly purchased HHI Corporation in 2011 with her husband Cliff. She became HHI’s President and CEO in 2016. Regina leads the effort in acquiring new contracts and projects in both Manufacturing and Construction. In 2023, Regina was awarded One Utah Businessperson of the Year and Utah Business Leader of the Year from Utah Business Magazine. Regina’s leadership philosophy centers around hiring exceptional individuals willing to accomplish seemingly impossible projects using the core values HHI represents: Honesty, Hard work, and Innovation.
Cliff Hokanson
In addition to serving as HHI‘s Executive Vice President, Cliff Hokanson works as a Senior Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and manages design for HHI’s design-build projects. Cliff holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State, and has over twenty years experience in the industry, with a focus on Federal projects. Cliff manages the technical aspects of complicated projects and is instrumental in guiding our valuable staff from start to project completion.
Rachel Roper, MBA
For over 25 years, Rachel Roper has worked in the construction and manufacturing industries. Rachel has been with HHI since 2008 and in 2016 became HHI’s Chief Financial Officer. Having her BS in accounting and an MBA, Rachel’s experience and education make her a vital part of the daily financial operations of HHI. As part of overseeing the financial management of the company, Rachel is in charge of working with and developing the accounts payable, payroll, and human resource teams.
Greg Crosby, PE
Greg has been a member of the HHI team since 2004. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Greg is a highly qualified senior manager and is skilled in all aspects of project management including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, quality control, and safety. His knowledge of US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requirements makes him an exceptional project manager for federal military projects. He is currently overseeing the HHI Colorado and Arizona construction divisions which includes several projects along the Front Range and at Luke AFB. Greg is over the Field Teams for HHI, including the Superintendents and Skilled team members. A licensed Professional Engineer, Greg holds bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Geography as well as master’s degrees in Irrigation Engineering from USU and an MBA from BYU.
Ryan Lamoreaux
Ryan has been a member of the HHI team since 2001. With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry and a bachelor’s degree in construction management, Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable Vice President for HHI. He excels in all aspects of project management including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, quality control, and safety. Ryan has over 17 years in design, fabrication, and construction of Chemical, Biological and Radiological Projects. He manages all HHI Research and Development projects. In addition to directing HHI’s Project Management and QC Departments, Ryan currently overseeing HHI’s Texas Division.
Curtis Daich
Curtis serves as HHI’s Director of Construction and has a Master of Business Administration and a Construction Management Degree with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in federal contracting, particularly with the U.S Army Corps of Engineers and focuses on helping Project Managers and Quality Control teams achieve success through proven quality and safety focused techniques. His experience in sustainable construction includes a variety of LEED certified and High-Performance Sustainable Buildings as a LEED Accredited Professional. His wide range of experience involves many uniquely complex projects across the western United States including Anechoic Test Chambers, Airfield Paving, Munition Storage, Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Healthcare and Secure Compartmented Information Facilities.
