This 25,000 SF project consists of a new single story mental health residential rehabilitation treatment facility. The new addition is connected, via new corridor, to the existing building. Construction work included site work and utility connections, sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation system, structural brick and metal stud exterior wall construction, metal structure, concrete roof with a wood truss with asphalt shingles at some locations, membrane roofing, aluminum blast exterior door and frames, aluminum blast exterior windows, interior wood doors with metal frames, metal interior windows, door hardware, tile, ACT ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, resilient wall base, resilient tile flooring, sound absorbing canopies, sound absorbing wall units, painting, staining, wall protection, metal lockers, wire shelving, electric fireplace, projection screen, window blinds, casework, countertops, fire protection, plumbing fixtures, HVAC system, lighting, electrical and mechanical work and other items per the project drawings and specifications.
