Building 845, Bay F, Renovation

Hill Air Force Base, Utah

This Design-Build Renovation to Building 845 Bay F consisted of a fast track construction for the renovation of an existing 40,000 SF warehouse.

This project was designed and completed in four months to a new high security storage facility. Work included a complete HVAC upgrade, fire suppression upgrade, new offices, break room, and systems furniture within the warehouse, new ADA entrance with ramp, new dock leveler, renovate existing bathrooms, new material racking, and a new 1/2-ton overhead bridge crane.

The storage facility was upgraded to meet DOD requirements for a secure facility with an intrusion detection system.
