Repair Building G 60,000

Utah Test & Training Range, Utah

This was a Design-Build project on Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) Building 60,000. The project included the repair and replacement of building insulation, new HVAC system, repair of the concrete thrust block, repair of the building rubber gasket system, incorporated in the design of a wainscot panel system to protect the insulation, the replacement of deluge and quench systems and the associated pumps.

In addition, the design incorporated platforms added on to the existing building to allow the systems to move along the railroad bed with the historically significant movable building with power supplied by the umbilical cable. Project included upgrades to electrical, fire protection (quench & deluge), and crane platform safety access.
