Weber State Stadium House

Weber State University, Ogden, Utah 

HHI Corporation was shortlisted and successfully competed for the opportunity to build the 4,000 SF facility located adjacent to the football stadium. This hybrid steel and wood frame structure includes a computer lab, lounges, a multi-purpose room, private group study rooms, a large balcony, and support rooms. In addition to being the general contractor, HHI fabricated and installed the custom staircase and graphic elements, adding our artistic talents to the overall facility.

A portion of Stadium House project was funded by donations. HHI was the low bidder, but the project still exceeded the budget and funds available. HHI worked with Weber State to value engineer the project to a budget that could be met, and still meet the size, function, and aesthetic appeal originally envisioned. This project was successfully completed in nine months from notice to proceed.
